03. Jurisdiction & Governance

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from the use of the Pacific Metric Pulse platform that cannot be resolved through mutual mediation shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jakarta.
